Leading teams in a Lean environment requires more than implementation of tools and methods.  A leader must create an environment where teams are empowered to work autonomously while improving their process daily.  The Lean leader is more of a teacher than a manager, and engagement is key.  In this webinar, you will learn basic approaches used by the best lean leaders to create a culture of employee empowerment and engagement.  Key topics:

  • Change management
  • Pursuit of excellence
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Coaching & mentoring
  • Learning organization
  • Respect for people
